Terms of use

Last updated: 9 October 2026

These terms apply to your use of ScanFirst and to paid promotions on it. By using the site you agree to them.

1. The site

The site is provided for information only, as is and as available. Data can be delayed, incomplete or wrong, and features can change or stop at any time.

2. No financial advice

Nothing on the site is financial, investment, legal or tax advice, and no listing is a recommendation to buy, sell or hold anything. Do your own research.

3. Risks

Crypto assets are volatile. Many tokens are scams or lose all of their value, and you can lose everything you put in. Transactions on a blockchain cannot be reversed.

4. Sponsored placements

5. What you may promote

You confirm that you have the right to promote the token and that the information you submit is accurate. You may not promise returns, impersonate other projects or people, or promote anything illegal or misleading.

We may decline, pause or remove any listing at any time, for example when we receive credible reports of fraud or when a listing breaks these terms. A sponsored listing is not checked by us in advance.

6. Third-party services

The site links to or works with services we do not control, such as wallets, swap services and data providers. We are not responsible for them. Their terms and privacy policies apply when you use them.

7. Swap fee

Swaps on ScanFirst are carried out by Jupiter, a third-party service. When you swap through ScanFirst, a fee of 0.65% is added to the swap. The fee is paid to ScanFirst. The quote shown in the swap window is what you receive; check it before you confirm. Swaps are final and cannot be reversed. We never hold your funds or keys.

8. Liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for losses that result from your use of the site or from trading tokens listed on it. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

9. Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows when they last changed. If you keep using the site after a change, you accept the new terms.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by Dutch law. Disputes go to the competent court in the Netherlands, unless mandatory law gives you the right to go elsewhere.
